Account

Do I need to create an account?

To place your free event listing you must have an account. It’s quick and easy; you can even sign up through Facebook.

How do I change the email on my account?

Go to your account Dashboard and select Account Settings from the menu. Save your changes when finished. Be sure to update your Paypal email if you need to.

How do I recover my password?

Select Sign In on the main menu. Select Lost your password below the login buttons and follow the directions

How do I change my password?

How do I cancel/delete my account?

Select My Account from the main menu. Select Account Settings from your dashboard menu and use the ‘cancel account’ feature

Cancellations

How do cancellations policies work?

Choose one of our 4 standard cancellation policies for your guests – from Strict to Free, or create a custom policy to suit your needs. Please review our cancellation policies

What if I need to cancel my event?

You have two options with your guests: 1) Offer them space at another event you’re hosting, optimally at a discount or, 2) refund their entire deposit and any balance they’ve paid. As outlined in our Terms of Service, Yogible is not responsible for refunds due to your cancellation

How do I cancel or deactivate my listing?

Use the contact form to send us a request to delete or deactivate. We will confirm and pull your listing from searches.

Deposits

How do deposits and balances work?

You set the deposit at 15% or more of the event cost. Set the deposit at what you feel will serve you and the Guest best. When placing your listing, you can set the date any balances are due. Guests will need to return to their account dashboard and pay balances through our payment system

Fees

How do fees work on yogible.com?

Listing a retreat or YTT is free. Yogible may offer various promotional booking fees. Our normal booking fee is 8% booking and is based on the cost of your event. A 3% transfer fee is applied to cover the costs of getting funds to your account via Paypal

Listings

What kind of event offerings may I list?

As long as your event involves yoga and does not violate our Terms of Service, it is up to you to decide what your daily schedule or curriculum is like

What if I offer the same event with multiple dates? Do I need to create another listing?

Creating another listing will make your events more searchable for guests searching the dates advertised for each event

I prefer to receive booking inquiries only. Is this possible? I need to manage each booking to ensure availablilty of space

We suggest making the first line of your event description say that inquiries are required prior to booking, and also including this in your cancellation policy. Currently we offer guests the ability to purchase through the site and have not set up a system to handle inquiries only. Please send us an message here if you would like to be informed when/if we offer this

How will my listing be presented?

To ensure quality representation and help you create your listing efficiently, listings have a standard format. You have freedom within that format to help Guests make an informed choice about joining your event

Can I edit my listing once it goes live?

Yes, you will be able to edit. Should any guests have booked prior to your edit, you will be expected to honor your offer as described at the time of their booking

What makes a good listing?

For details please go to our Hospitality Standards page. Create a comprehensive and well-written listing with great pictures then have someone review it and give you feedback.

What happens if I get an error?

If you get an error message when submitting, it usually means that you need to fill in required information. We will direct you to the fields that need be completed or redone in the case of some photos. If the problem continues please send an email to support@yogible.com. Taking a screenshot of the error can help but is not required

What services are available to manage my listings?

You can edit the listing, place it on sale, see who’s booked, respond to inquiries, and message your event’s participants

What forms of payments do you allow Guests to use?

Guests have the convenience of paying by debit or credit card just like any modern travel site. Yogible is an ecommerce site with an easy-to-use cart and secure checkout

How will I know when a Guest has booked?

You’ll receive an confirmation email to notify you of bookings. You can also log into your account at any time and check event bookings under Sales in your account Dashboard. Please email the guest promptly to confirm and to introduce yourself

How do I place a listing?

It’s easy to place your free listing. Use the Create A Listing button to start your account and send us a message.

Payments

How and when do I get paid?

Yogible handles payments in two ways: We have a monthly, scheduled payout that will automatically send payments. Or you can use the Request Payment feature anytime after a booking. Please be aware that it takes up to a week for funds to clear into our account. And, due to international security around the transfer of funds, your money may take several days to show up in your bank account

What are the payout options for Hosts?

Paypal will be used to send your funds. Paypal is an easy way to receive your funds directly to your bank account and is required to use yogible

Bookings

What kind of payments does Yogible accept for bookings?

Guests have the convenience of paying by debit or credit card just like any modern travel site. Payments are handled by a major/secure payment gateway (Stripe). Guests pay no extra fees for payment processing – just the price listed on the event page

How do deposits and balances work?

Deposits are a minimum of 15% of the total event cost, set by the Host. You will need to pay at least a deposit to make your booking. The date for the balance of the payment is set by the Host and noted in the listing. You will need to retrun to your account dashboard and pay the balance by the date it is due

What kind of yoga experiences can I book on yogible?

Offerings range from laid-back retreats for novices, to intensive month-long teacher trainings. There’s something for everybody

Can I ask a Host a question?

Feel free to ask them questions. Use the contact feature on their listing for easy messaging

If I booked my trip at full price and the listing went on sale at a different time, can I receive the difference in price?

No. Sales on yogible are limited to the time that the host chooses to run them

Where can I see my booking?

Sign in and select My Bookings from the menu

Are there fees involved when I book?

You do not pay any additional fees above the cost stated on the listing

When is my booking confirmed?

You will receive a confirmation of your payment while on Yogible, then a confirmation email from us. We also ask Hosts to confirm with you. If you haven’t heard from your host within 24 hours, please send them a message by going to My Trips and using the contact function on their listing

Where do I find a trip I've booked?

Go to My Account from the main menu. When you arrive at you Dashboard, select My Trips from the menu. You will be able to see visit the listing from this page, see amounts paid and pay any balance due

What happens if I get an error?

If you get an error message on screen this means there has been a problem with your booking. When this happens please try again. If the problem continues please send an email to support@yogible.com.

Cancellations

How do cancellations policies work?

In order to make a booking, you must agree to the cancellation policy the host has chosen for that event. You can view our cancellation policies. Once booked, contact the Host to cancel. Cancellations are handled between you and the Host

If I cancel my attendance, how do I receive my refund?

Refunds will be sent by the Host according to the policy you agreed to when booking. After you contact the Host to cancel, the two of you will establish the method to receive any money you are due back. Money will be sent from the Host via an electronic fund transfer service like Paypal, Stripe, Venmo, etc
